The variability of the conditions under which the work is carried out creates the need to adjust and replan the work. The application allows the creation of various versions of the planning, automatically adjusting the distribution of resources or the deadlines for consultations, purchases and subcontracts. This way, it is possible to keep the real planning of the work updated and obtain all its information and benefits.

Plan Resources

Labor resources and equipment are assigned to planning tasks, obtaining their time load. The definition of teams in the database, made up of labor and equipment resources, facilitates the allocation of the set of resources to the most recurring planning tasks. Resources can also be distributed evenly across planning tasks, or assigned permanent ownership, such as construction site tasks, thus remaining allocated to the work throughout its entire period.

Financial Schedule

The payment plan and financial schedule is automatically obtained from the estimate values, for the defined chapters, without the need for user intervention. The distribution of values ​​across tasks is done uniformly over the task term, or assigned a non-uniform distribution to adjust for non-uniform billing activities. The application also allows the distribution of the chapter's value throughout the entire project, to correspond, for example, to site tasks.

Descriptive Memory

Using texts stored in the database, editable by the user, Visualorc builds the descriptive memory, linking the texts to planning tasks. The application adds information about the dates and times of task execution and the labor and equipment resources assigned to them. In this way, a complete descriptive memory is quickly and simply obtained, interconnected with the remaining planning data.

Purchasing materials and awarding subcontracts are fundamental tasks in construction management and it is only possible to meet deadlines if they are scheduled in a timely manner. During the execution phase, each planning task is assigned the respective necessary purchases. For each purchase, the period necessary for consultation and the deadline for award or supply are also defined. As consultations and purchases are made, they are registered in the application. This way, you can obtain a detailed purchasing report at any time, sorted by date, which contains information on the deadlines for consultations and purchases, which dates have already been exceeded or whose deadline is approaching.
