Suppliers

Keep a single database of suppliers and subcontractors, shared across the whole company, instead of rebuilding it project by project. Under Database > Suppliers, each record gathers the tax ID, contacts, email, license, specialties and the districts where the company works.

Filter the list by specialty, district or text to quickly find who to consult in a new comparative map — without scrolling through the whole list. The "Active" option on each record lets you keep unused suppliers without deleting them.

Import the list all at once from an Excel file, instead of creating each record by hand: the first sheet of the file is read automatically, with specialty, supplier and email as required columns, and contact, phone numbers, tax ID, address, districts and license as optional columns. An existing supplier, identified by tax ID or, failing that, by name, is updated and receives any specialties it was still missing. At the end, you get a summary of the suppliers created and updated, and the rows that weren't imported.

Check each supplier's history — every price request made on any project, with the responses received, the response rate and the average response time. This information is also available when choosing which suppliers to consult in a comparative map, helping you favor those who respond better and faster.

Use this supplier database directly when managing project purchases: when building the proposals to consult in a comparative map, pick the companies already registered instead of entering them again.
