• Import and export estimates in the standardized BC3 (FIEBDC-3) format, for exchange with other estimating applications.
• Estimate comparison: compare the open estimate with an earlier version saved in another file, with a differences table and export to Excel.
• Import quantity maps from PDF files.
• Import BIM (IFC) models, with automatic generation of chapters, items and measurements from the model, 3D visualization and 4D Planning.
• Spell checking without needing Microsoft Office: errors underlined directly in the editing grids, with correction suggestions.
• New Suppliers list in the database, with Excel import, price request history and sending requests by email directly from the Comparative Maps.
• New Price Revision module (DL 6/2004 / DL 73/2021), with construction formulas, assignment by chapters or items, advances and revision of the records.
• New Notebook in Construction Management, with images, reminders and PDF printing.
• External Planning: prepare a work plan without items, with its own name, level and value per task.
• Automatic Plan: automatically generate a complete work plan from the construction deadline and available resources.
• "Set Final Price" option in differential margins, chapter margins and indirect costs.
• Comparative Maps split into an Estimating phase and a Construction Management phase, each with its own selected/awarded proposal.
• New CAD column in the Measurement Records, with its own measurement per record, independent of the estimate's measurement.
