Prepare planning during the construction phase

Based on the planning prepared in the estimating phase, create new versions or revisions.

Prepare the Purchasing Plan and use it in planning and controlling consultations and purchases from suppliers and subcontractors.

Make medium and short-term Weekly Plans, according to the Last Planner system. Prepare the weekly plan and the medium-term plan, up to 8 weeks ahead (Look Ahead), to plan upcoming activities, the distribution of tasks and responsibilities, and the identification of constraints.
